| Maude Esther ("Weebit") Fininen |
Maude Esther ("Weebit") Fininen born August 27, 1931 in Thrall, Texas to parentage of Bessie Mea Fininen and Lishious Williams. At an early age the family relocated to McKinney, where Esther spent her childhood with her grandmother Lottie Fininen.
She became a member of the First Baptist Church of McKinney, and remained a faithfully member until her health failed.Esther attended Doty High and graduated in 1950.
She had one son, Leon Melvin Fininen, who preceded her in death.
Esther is survived by her two brothers, Leon B. Fininen (Queenie), Melvin J. Morgan (Ida); cousins, Arlinda Brooks (Roosevelt) and family, Gloria Cumming (Ellis) and family; niece, Annette Fininen and her daughter; nephews, Bobby Fininen and family, Keith Morgan and family, Troy Morgan and family; aunts, Ruth Fininen and family, Katie Mae Thomas and a host of other family members, including the Boring family. She will be greatly missed by all.
Funeral services will be held, noon, Saturday, May 19, 2012 at The McKinney Baptist Church, 401 West Erwin Ave, McKinney, Texas. Interment is to follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m.
